Hi, I’m Nicole Watson Bartlett

I am a consultant, educator, and trainer specializing in eating disorders, body image, and mental health — with a deep focus on athletic and educational settings. I hold a Master's degree in Health and Well-Being Management and bring something no academic credential alone can offer: my own lived experience with an eating disorder as a former collegiate athlete.

That combination is what makes this work different. I know what it feels like to compete under pressure, to struggle in silence, and to find a path forward. It allows me to connect with athletes, coaches, and educators in a way that is authentic, direct, and free of judgment — and to build the kind of trust that makes real learning possible.

I specialize in ongoing training partnerships with schools, athletic departments, and campus organizations. A single session can open a conversation. What I am most passionate about is the longer work — returning across a semester or school year to build genuine competency, shift culture, and create organizations where people feel equipped and empowered to act

My Approach

Every organization and every individual is different. I meet people and institutions where they are, respecting their unique context while challenging them to grow. My work is grounded in empowerment, autonomy, and the belief that meaningful change is possible with the right support.

My Mission

To equip organizations with the tools to recognize and respond to eating disorders and mental health challenges — and to walk alongside individuals who are ready to do the hard, worthy work of healing.
