Trainings at Colleges and Universities

Supporting Student Athletes

A single session or series of sessions designed to equip athletic department staff, coaches, trainers, and other campus professionals with the knowledge, tools, and resources to understand key aspects of eating disorders, body image, and mental health—especially as they relate to student-athletes. These sessions address the unique pressures and challenges athletes face, helping athletic staff recognize warning signs, foster a supportive environment, and respond effectively. The training supports the holistic well-being of student-athletes, both on and off the field.

Supporting Well-Being on Campus

A single session or series of sessions designed to provide faculty, staff, and student affairs professionals with the knowledge, tools, and resources to better understand eating disorders, body image concerns, and a range of mental health topics. These trainings focus on helping campus personnel recognize early signs, respond with confidence, and create supportive academic and social environments. Designed for non-athletic campus settings, this educational experience supports the diverse needs of the broader student body.
