One-on-One Sessions

Sometimes what people need most isn't another clinical appointment — it's someone who truly gets it, consistently showing up over time.

As someone with lived experience navigating an eating disorder and recovery as a college athlete, I offer ongoing one-on-one peer mentorship and recovery coaching. This is not therapy or clinical treatment — it is a sustained, supportive relationship built on shared understanding, honesty, and genuine care. We work together across multiple sessions, building on each conversation so that progress compounds rather than starting over each time.

What makes ongoing peer mentorship different from a one-time conversation is the relationship itself. Over time I get to know your patterns, your challenges, and what actually moves the needle for you — and I can offer continuity, accountability, and perspective at every stage of the journey.

Together we can work on:

  • Building a healthier, more consistent relationship with food, body, and self

  • Developing and practicing tools for managing difficult thoughts and moments

  • Navigating the unique pressures of athletic or academic life over a full season or semester

  • Staying grounded in recovery with someone who has been there and keeps showing up

Who this is for: Individuals in recovery or early recovery who are already connected with clinical care and are looking for an ongoing layer of peer support, lived-experience perspective, and accountability between clinical appointments.

Note: Peer mentorship and recovery coaching are not a substitute for clinical treatment. I am happy to help connect you with appropriate clinical resources if needed.
